The general aim of the project is to promote the presence of the Emotional Intelligence in the Continuous Training.
The specific aims of the project are the following:
- To collect Best Practices in Emotional Intelligence Continuous Training in European companies and organizations. It will allow the awareness of the benefits that the inclusion of this subject in workers’ training involves, as well as the establishment of a model of contents, resources, results, methods, target groups…
- To promote the inclusion of the Emotional Intelligence in the Continuous Training programmes in the companies and organizations, in such a way that workers from the partner countries acquire the necessary skills in personal and social competencies, in order to facilitate the new trends in business management implementation.
- To make the adoption of educational and pedagogical methods based on Emotional Intelligence in the courses easier for trainers and teachers of Continuous Training, adapted to the special target groups: workers of different economic sector and with different educational background.
- To improve the subjective conditions for the new trends in business management in the companies and organizations, thanks to the business culture created by the Emotional Intelligence, strongly linked to competitiveness and innovation.
- To improve workers’ labour conditions through the development of personal skills which help them to manage the stress and facilitate their daily work (autonomy, self-esteem, creativity…), as well as to improve the labour climate by means of skills like conflict resolution, negotiation or team building…
